About Donna

Donna Reeves was born in Denison, TX.  She accepted Christ 
as her Lord and Savior at the age of 6 while attending VBS at 
East Baptist Church, Denison, TX. Donna now  resides in Irving 
with her husband, D'Wayne. Donna has 2 daughters, Patti, 25, 
and Shannon, 24 and a wonderful son-in-law, Robert.

Donna's love for singing started at the tender age of 3 when 
she began singing in the Sunbeams Choir.  As her love for 
music grew through the years, Donna felt a special calling 
from God to use her talents in ministry. She is currently an 
active soloist and choir member at Oak View Baptist, Irving, TX
as well as a member of the Texas Harmony Chorus, an award 
winning Sweet Adelines, Int'l, and the quartet Oh, Wait!, who 
won Novis Quartet 2007 at the Regional Competition.

Over the past several years, Donna has felt impressed to begin 
writing Christian songs.  She hopes that God will allow these 
meaningful expressions of her heart to minister to listeners in 
area churches. Donna desires to use her musical talents to 
encourage the hurting, minister to church congregations, and 
be available to go wherever ministry may take her.
